Gerard Ryle is an Irish born Australian journalist who became director of the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists in 2011. Under his leadership the ICIJ coordinated the Offshore Leaks, Panama Papers, Paradise Papers, and Pandora Papers investigations. He received the original Panama Papers data and organized the global reporting collaboration around it.
