Marjorie Cameron was an artist and actress who arrived at Jack Parsons's home in 1946, when Parsons identified her as the elemental woman summoned in the Babalon Working. She became a figure in the Los Angeles avant-garde and appeared in experimental films by Kenneth Anger and Curtis Harrington.
